Shipping Policy

Most regular sized items such as mugs, bowls, vases, soap dispensers etc. will be shipped for a flat rate of $10 through Canada Post. For larger items such as sinks, serving bowls, large plant pots, sculptures please contact me for a shipping quote before ordering so there are no surprises. As always, I am more than happy to arrange a pickup if you are in the area!

Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final. If an item is broken in transit please let me know and I will do my best to send out a replacement asap. Due to the cost of shipping pottery it is not feasible for me to cover the cost of return shipping. If you have a concern please contact me via form submission on the Contact page.
